This tune is a love letter from me to God. It is a reminder that He is always there, even in times where it feels like He is not – it is in those times when He is calling me to pursue Him. And as He says in Scripture, “seek and ye shall find.” He is always worth seeking. I especially love the second verse, where it says “it’s not just to see the miracles You can do. I’m seeking You, Lord, ‘cause I long for You.” I don’t want my relationship with God to be one-sided, only seeking Him when I need something in my earthly life, but I want to always be seeking Him for His own sake, because of His love, His goodness, and His nature.
